CHURCH BOOKING & LOAN PROCEDURE

To book our church building, facilities and equipment, ALL ministry groups and outside activity groups need to email Enita at office@thornlie.org.au, or phone Reception 9459 8522 during office hours (Tuesday to Thursday 9am —1pm), and complete the Application for Church Hire Forms.
In addition, to borrow the trailer, tablecloths, urns, serving trays, and other equipment, the loan log must be signed out and back in at Reception. Please wash, fold and put tablecloths back into their respective crates.
If you use or take anything from its usual spot, please put it back where it was found or stored.
Much appreciated.

Housekeeping Reminder

Regarding the use of the Black Tablecloths.
Please sign out with Reception for the black tablecloths each time an individual, ministry or event uses them, whether in the church or outside. It is the responsibility of the person/s who use the tablecloths to wash and fold them, and return them to their respective crates, before signing them in with Reception. This is much appreciated.

Gentle Reminder

Please do not to park on the grassed areas around the Church Building, next to the fence, or in front of the Junxion. All grassed areas have reticulation and parking cars on them can break the sprinklers. Thank you for your kind consideration.

Procedure for the Life@Thornlie newsletter

This is an update to the deadline for inclusions in the Life@Thornlie newsletter.
It would be appreciated if all items (announcements, inserts and notices) to be included in the hard copy or email for Sunday, be sent to Enita at Reception office@thornlie.org.au by 1pm the Tuesday before if not earlier.
These items (especially those which consist of both text and image) should be in either jpeg or png format, ready to be included in the Life@Thornlie “as is”, that is, copied and inserted.
If any editing or converting has to be done, I will be happy to do so. However, I cannot guarantee that the notice will be included in that Sunday’s Life@Thornlie.
